2 Army officials relieved for Maguindanao mess

(UPDATE 2 – 3:55 p.m.) Two military officials assigned in Maguindanao were relieved from their posts following allegations that they were remiss in their duties when the massacre of at least 57 people was carried out by militiamen linked to the Ampatuan family.
